About w9999 — Bangladesh's Home for Online Gaming

Who We Are

w9999 is an online gaming platform built specifically for the Bangladeshi market. From the ground up, every decision — from the payment methods we support to the game studios we partner with — has been made with Bangladeshi players in mind. We are not a generic international platform that added Bangladesh as an afterthought. w9999 was designed from day one to serve players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and every corner of Bangladesh.

Our platform brings together cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing titles, and more — all in a single account that works seamlessly on any Android or iOS phone, without needing a dedicated app download. The w9999 experience is built to load fast on 3G connections, process deposits instantly via bKash or Nagad, and pay out withdrawal requests within minutes — not days.

Our Mission

w9999's mission is straightforward: to give every Bangladeshi adult who chooses to play online the same quality gaming experience that players in other markets have had access to for years. For too long, players in Bangladesh faced a choice between low-quality platforms with poor customer service and slow withdrawals, or international sites that did not support local payment methods at all. w9999 was built to change that.

We believe that a player in Cox's Bazar should have exactly the same access to certified, fair-play games from studios like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe as a player anywhere else in the world. We believe that withdrawals should take minutes, not days. We believe that the minimum deposit amount should be accessible to everyone — not just high-stakes players. These beliefs shape every feature we build and every partnership we form.

What w9999 Offers

The w9999 platform covers every major category of online gaming that Bangladeshi players are interested in, all accessible from a single account.

Our Core Values

Four principles guide every decision we make at w9999 — from product development to customer support.

• 🔒

  Player Safety First

256-bit SSL encryption on every transaction, certified RNG on every game, and responsible gaming tools built into every account. Safety is not an add-on — it is foundational.

• ⚡

  Speed and Reliability

Deposits credited instantly. Withdrawals processed within minutes to your bKash or Nagad. The platform loads quickly even on 3G connections across all regions of Bangladesh.

• 🤝

  Fair Play Always

Every game on w9999 comes from a certified provider with a published RTP and an independently audited random number generator. We do not modify provider game settings to tilt outcomes.

• 🛡️

  Responsible Gaming

w9999 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options inside every player account. Gaming should be entertainment — and we provide the tools to keep it that way.

Who We Serve

w9999 is built for adult players in Bangladesh — from frequent players in Dhaka's Gulshan and Banani districts to casual players in smaller towns across Sylhet, Mymensingh, and Rangpur. Our minimum deposit of ৳200 and our support for Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking apps means that the platform is genuinely accessible to players at every income level, not just those with international bank cards.

We pay particular attention to the sporting calendar that matters most to Bangladeshi players — the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season, the IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, and domestic football through the Bangladesh Premier League. During these events, w9999 runs dedicated promotions and ensures that live betting markets are available with fast-updating odds throughout each match day.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

w9999 takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a regulatory requirement to tick a box, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of every person who uses our platform. All w9999 accounts include built-in tools that allow players to set their own limits before they start playing: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are free to use and available to every player regardless of their account level or betting history.

w9999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all accounts. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration process, and w9999 does not knowingly permit underage players to open or operate accounts on the platform. We encourage all players to set personal limits before their first deposit, review their gaming history regularly, and take advantage of the cooling-off and self-exclusion features if they ever feel that gaming is becoming more than entertainment.

Security and Fair Play at w9999

Every game on w9999 is sourced from a licensed, internationally recognised game studio. w9999 does not publish games from unverified or unknown developers. Every title has a published Return to Player (RTP) rate, and the underlying random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified by recognised laboratory auditors. When you play a slot or live table game on w9999, the outcome is genuinely random — not manipulated in any direction.

All data transmitted through the w9999 platform — including your login credentials, payment details, and personal information — is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Withdrawals are processed only to your registered mobile banking number, which means that even in the event of an unauthorised login attempt, funds cannot be redirected to a different account. w9999 also monitors for unusual account activity and applies automatic session timeouts to inactive sessions as an additional layer of protection.
