1Age Requirement

If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, w9999 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending the outcome of the verification process.

2One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) w9999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where w9999 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be void.

3Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your w9999 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. w9999 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time, and reserves the right to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.

4Account Security and Access

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w9999 username and password, and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. w9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact w9999 support immediately.

1Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source. w9999 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are generally credited to your w9999 balance instantly upon receipt; processing times may vary based on payment network conditions.

2Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. w9999 targets a maximum processing time of 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification, which may extend processing time up to a maximum of 24 hours. w9999 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

3Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal request, w9999 may require identity verification (KYC). Documents commonly requested include a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), a selfie held next to the NID, and confirmation that the registered mobile banking account belongs to the verified account holder. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in the verification request will result in the withdrawal being held pending completion.

1Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for w9999 deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

2Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

3Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer carries a validity period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds, free spins, and any winnings generated from bonus play that have not been withdrawn prior to the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. w9999 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

1Player-Initiated Limits

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from within their w9999 account settings at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately on application. Requests to reduce a limit will be processed immediately; requests to increase a limit will be subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

2Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling may request a self-exclusion from within their w9999 account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. w9999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any secondary accounts held by a self-excluded player. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.

3Platform-Initiated Restrictions

w9999 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or permanent account closure at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm. This may include, but is not limited to, patterns of extended play, escalating deposit amounts, or repeated large losses within a short period. Such interventions are made in the interests of player welfare and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by w9999.

1Fraud, Collusion, and Manipulation

Any attempt to defraud w9999 or other players, to collude with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, to manipulate game outcomes, or to exploit software errors or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. This includes — but is not limited to — chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, and using automated betting software (bots) to place bets.

2Money Laundering

The use of the w9999 platform for any money laundering purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. w9999 is required by applicable law to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities. All players are subject to w9999's anti-money-laundering (AML) and KYC policies, and are required to co-operate fully with any verification requests issued under those policies.

3Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated or systematic low-variance wagering strategies to clear rollover requirements without normal game risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotional offer in a manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
